The reservation fee applies to the #Meža restaurant and boat trips, when making a reservation on weekends or in the months of June, July, and August. The boat reservation fee is EUR 20.00 per boat, and the restaurant reservation fee is EUR 5. In both cases, upon receiving the service, the reservation fee is deducted from the total bill amount.
We understand that the number of passengers may change as the trip approaches, so you can change the number of reserved boats up to 2 weeks before the trip without losing the previously paid amount. If you change the reservation later and the boats are not occupied, the paid amount remains with us. If the boats are rented out at the last minute, we refund the reservation fee. Please report any changes immediately and in a timely manner so that we can do our best to facilitate a successful cooperation.
The reservation fee is refunded only if the service is canceled by the customer no later than 2 weeks before the reserved date. If the service cannot be provided due to our fault, weather conditions, or force majeure, we will inform you immediately and arrange to reschedule the reservation or refund the money. When choosing a reservation date, we recommend that you carefully evaluate the dates to avoid misunderstandings. 1. General terms and conditions
- The reservation fee covers the reservation of the service and only partially covers the cost of the service itself; you can find the full price of the service by going to the "prices" section;
- The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the availability of the reserved service on the reserved date and in the reserved amount;
- The general description of each service is available by viewing the specific offer. The Seller informs that information about the service may be changed without notice;
- In cases where the reserved service is not available or there are problems related to a specific date, the Seller informs the Buyer within one working day;
- The prices of each service are reflected separately. The Seller informs that the prices may be subject to change, and the Seller may change the reserved service price without notice. Seller undertakes to provide the service for the price agreed upon reservation.
2. Reservation process
- To make a reservation online, the Buyer selects the service they want to reserve, in the case of boat rental, also the number of desired boats, and then adds it to the shopping cart. To confirm the order, the Buyer selects the "Reserve" option;
- The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the entered data;
- To make changes to the order, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller of the changes by using the contact form or emailing [email protected];
- By booking a service, the Buyer confirms that they have read the description of the service;
- If the Buyer has any questions or uncertainties regarding the reservation of the service or service details, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact form or by emailing [email protected].
- The Buyer's service is reserved only after payment is made;
3. Reservation payment
- When making a reservation, the Buyer receives an invoice with the company's details and transaction details at the email address indicated in the reservation;
- The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature;
- The Buyer makes payment for the order by bank transfer or payment card/online banking;
- The commission fees (interbank commission, etc.) associated with the transfer to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.
4. Right of withdrawal
- The Buyer has the right to cancel the reservation or change the reservation date, time, or number of people no later than 14 days before receiving the service.
- To cancel or change the conditions of receiving the service, the Buyer contacts the Seller by email at [email protected] or by calling +371 26844295 +371 26826839.
- The Seller refunds the money to the Buyer's bank account within 10 days of agreeing to cancel the reservation.
- We take responsibility that your personal information (name, surname, etc.) will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where it is requested by law enforcement authorities in accordance with the law.
- The buyer's data is stored on the website developer's platform, on the Seller's computer, and at the email address [email protected]. The data is protected and can only be accessed with a secure password.
- The buyer's data retention period is 5 years.
- The buyer has the right to access their data, request data deletion, correct their data, request a cessation of data processing, object to data processing, and withdraw consent.
